Introducing Onyx

Software and AI agents built for how
you operate — not a template you fit into.

01Custom AI AgentsAgents trained on your own files, rules, and history — so your team asks a question in plain language and gets an answer built from your data, not a generic guess.
02Inbox & Email AutomationAn agent reads every message in your main inbox, sorts it, and writes the reply as a draft inside the email you already use. A person still clicks send.
03Documents & IntakeClients upload once. Files get named, sorted, and filed to the right person, and the data inside them gets pulled out without anyone retyping it.
04Internal Tools & DashboardsOne live view of stock, jobs, clients, and cash — wired into the systems you already pay for, including the old one everyone said could not be connected.
05Customer Follow-UpNew leads answered in under a minute, missed calls texted back, old lists worked automatically, and every finished job turned into a review request.

What we build

How it works

Pillar 01

Custom AI Agents

Most AI tools are generic, so they give generic answers. We build agents on top of your own material — your price lists, your policies, your past work, your spreadsheets — so the answers match how your business actually runs. Your team asks a question the way they'd ask a colleague and gets a real answer with your own numbers behind it, in whatever language they speak.

24/7working, no days off
Pillar 02

Inbox & Email Automation

A shared inbox is where work goes to die. We put an agent on it that reads every message as it lands, works out what it is, and writes the reply as a draft inside the email system you already use — with your files, deadlines, and rules behind it. Nothing sends without a person clicking send. Your team stops writing emails and starts approving them.

Pillar 03

Documents & Intake

Chasing paperwork quietly eats entire weeks. We build the upload portal and everything behind it: clients send their files once, the system names them, sorts them, and files them to the right person, then pulls the data out of them so nobody retypes anything. The admin that used to swallow 20 to 40 hours a week simply stops happening.

Pillar 04

Internal Tools & Dashboards

When your numbers live in five places, nobody trusts any of them. We build the internal tool that pulls it into one live view — stock, jobs, clients, cash, whatever runs your business — wired straight into the software you already pay for, including the twenty-year-old system everyone said couldn't be connected. Alerts land on the phone your team actually checks.

Pillar 05

Customer Follow-Up

Speed decides who gets the job. New leads get answered in under a minute, missed calls get a text back before the caller tries the next name on the list, old databases get worked automatically, and every finished job turns into a review request. It runs on your schedule, in your voice, and you can keep every message behind an approval step if you want to.

Common questions

The questions we get asked first.

Why build custom? Can’t we just buy a tool off the shelf?

Sometimes you should, and we’ll tell you when. The catch is that those tools are built for the average business, so you end up changing how you work to fit the software. Everything we build starts from how your team already works, plugs into the systems you already pay for, and does the one job that’s eating your hours. You end up owning the system instead of renting a compromise.

Will it work with the software we already use?

That is most of the job. We’ve connected email, calendars, phone systems, CRMs, accounting platforms, messaging apps, and decades-old inventory systems that were never meant to talk to anything. If your data sits somewhere, there is almost always a way in — and when there isn’t, we build the bridge.

Is the AI going to email my clients without me seeing it?

Not unless you ask for that. Every build starts in draft-and-approve mode: the agent does the reading, sorting, and writing, and a person clicks send. Once you trust a piece of it, you let that piece run on its own. You decide where the line sits, workflow by workflow.

How long does it take?

The first working version is usually live in weeks, not quarters. We start with the single workflow costing you the most time, get it running in your business, then build the next one on top of it. You see something real early instead of waiting months for a big reveal.

We’re not a sales business. Does this still apply?

Yes. Most of what we build never touches sales — document intake, inbox triage, internal dashboards, reporting, alerts, contract drafting, assistants trained on a company’s own files. If your team repeats it, we can automate it. Lead follow-up is just the piece people ask about first.

What happens after it’s built?

We run it. Hosting, monitoring, fixes, and changes as the business changes — and you keep talking to the person who built it, not a ticket queue. Most clients start with one workflow and keep adding once the first one proves out.

4
Pricing

Priced per build, not per seat.

We don't publish a price list, because a two-person office and a fifty-person operation shouldn't pay the same for different work. You get one number, scoped to your build, on the first call.

01

The call

Thirty minutes. You walk us through how the work moves today and where the hours disappear. We ask the boring questions on purpose.

02

The scope

We come back with what we’d build first, what it does, and one fixed number to build it. If it isn’t worth the money, we say so.

03

Build and run

A build fee to make it, a monthly to host it, watch it, and keep improving it. No seat counts, no surprise line items.
